    We stayed in superior room with good view. The location was incredible, for example, Dome was not too far from the hotel. The property was a good base for enjoying a nice enough area. Loved our stay here.

    The beautiful ocean view from my Premier Double or Twin Room was captivating. I loved the cozy armchair by the window, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, including fresh pastries and a variety of delicious dishes.

    The pool was very clean, although there were only 3 parasols for about 25 hammocks and 4 tables.

    Loved the ocean view from my room! The pool area was fine. The location was unbeatable, right along the promenade. The memorial for the 2008 attacks was a nice touch, showing they care about the community.

    The breakfast was perfect, the chef Chin made extra gluten-free food for us and the whole restaurant crew was very busy. The rooms were well arranged.

    The check-in process could be simplified and shortened.

    Excellent location!!

    Check in. They want to make the service very personalized where the person who makes the check in accompanies you to the room but this makes you have to wait a long time to be attended because there is no good coordination. The hotel needs a remodeling because the room and furniture look a little worn and not very current. Breakfast. Very bad, lack of cleanliness and coordination. You have to wait at least 20 minutes to be assigned a table, even though sometimes there were tables available.
